.. forcing all entries to CIDR notation, therefore adding /32 to any single IP
that doesn't have any notation as part of its db entry, would probably resolve
the issue, it would also enforce a degree of consistancy in the syntax when
IP's are added to the IgnoreIP line in the jail.conf file.
