Package smeserver-geoip enqueued. Job ID: 1932.
Build seems to have stopped but no idea why - had this before and it ran again
later and was fine so give it a while and see.

Check the log noise has gone.
Also realised I'd missed something in createlinks for the geoip-update event
which I think I have now fixed.
Test on a clean machine. Check that there is a directory for:
/etc/e-smith/events/geoip-update
Should have a link:
S10smeserver-geopip-download-action ->
../actions/smeserver-geopip-download-action
And a templates2expand directory with a link to:
/var/service/qpsmtpd/config/badcountries
Check that it all works with:
signal-event geoip-update
That should expand the badcountries list and run /usr/bin/geoipupdate
