My notes don't seem to work in all scenarios...
Added a sme9 dir instead of contribs9 but immediately did cvs delete adn that
seems to be OK after the initial commit

Not added a changelog entry - the imported version matches that in the
smecontribs repo. Probably should have bumped it from -10 to -11
I'll do that once I fix the missing source....
