--- Comment #2 from John Crisp <[email protected]> ---
1945 (smeserver-automysqlbackup): Build on target smeserver-9-contribs
succeeded.
Build logs may be found at
http://buildsys.contribs.org/logs/smeserver-9-contribs/1945-smeserver-automysqlbackup-3.0.RC6-10.el6.sme/
To test you will need SCL and another DB installed eg mysql55, 57 or mariadb
Set the new DB type enabled.
Add in a backup user for the new DB as per the install script.
Set your time for the cron job.
signal-event automysqlbackup-update
Check you have some working conf files in:
/etc/automysqlbackup
When the cron job runs you will see a ${my/backup/dir} directory but NOT a
${my/backup/dir}_mysql55 directory
To test you can force run each conf file like this:
/sbin/e-smith/runmysqlbackup /etc/automysqlbackup/myserver.conf
/sbin/e-smith/runmysqlbackup /etc/automysqlbackup/mysql55.conf
After the patch you should see the backup files for each configure DB type.
Whilst I was there I also noticed the runmysql script does not allow for the
Backudir key. It is hard coded to /root/backup.
I am doing a little patch to fix that as well.
