the issue is rather with a template-custom vs a template
i see in 1.1.2:
/etc/e-smith/templates/etc/crontab/91_Update_Geoip_db
and in 1.2
/etc/e-smith/templates/etc/crontab/91_Update_Geoip_db
so not a bug but rather user having issue with its custom template.
