stumbled on it too
seems that by default it tries to hit index.html after submitting which does
not exists
this seems a first step
DirectoryIndex index.htm index.html index.php index.cgi
DirectoryIndex index.php index.htm index.html index.php index.cgi
but then we get the same error against the page.
