maybe we should simply run a cron task or check how to add the line in the db
directly
they are added in oc_filecache path files/ibays and name ibays
the field storage
is inherited from numeric_id in `oc_storages` related to id "home::$userid"
the field parent
if fileid of the files folder in the same table oc_filecache.
permission is 31
no clue what is etag field
alternatively we could ask upstream to add a parameter -depth for the
files:scan command
