back resolved,
new version and last with smeserver-geoip2 requires smeserver-geoip
this will avoid the need to remove smeserver-geoip before isntalling
smeseverver-geoip2
now all common files are in smeserver-geoip and smeserver-geoip2 add
requirement and files needed only for those using geoip2
after that I would say ready for release
