Yes, thats what I'm seeing, you need to update clamav-db:
rpm -q --whatprovides clamav-update
clamav-db-0.100.2-6.el6.sme.x86_64
As stated here https://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9863#c7
clamav-unofficial-sigs-5.6.2-4.el6.noarch.rpm from EPEL testing installs ok.
