from what I see of the code we can now avoid restart on modification, a simple
masq adjust should be enough
so we can change the links
/etc/e-smith/events/xt_geoip-modify/templates2expand/etc/rc.d/init.d/masq
/etc/e-smith/events/xt_geoip-service/templates2expand/etc/rc.d/init.d/masq
and probably also this one
/etc/e-smith/events/xt_geoip-update/templates2expand/etc/rc.d/init.d/masq
also why 3 events, could we merge xt_geoip-modify and xt_geoip-service
also we should also remove the masq links in bootstrap-console-save
console-save as they should be there already ...
finally, should add some template to expand to post-upgrade ? Probably no as
they are in console events
