ok need to import this one
also I have remarked that geoip table is only displayed if at least one country
which is blocked has been accounted.
ideally you might want daily stats of all delivery to be able to block more
unwanted countries
so as long as geoip is intalled it should log the table even if there is no
badcountries defined and even if there is no hit for badcountries this day
