Yep, it was still in place for existing certificates, but then while adding a
new one, I got message idicating API version 2 should be used.
Then I ran into the reported error.
More people got this problem, and those who spend their precious time sharing
their thoughts and getting 'news' via twitter (for the sake of ads revenue and
selling your soul to the devil Zuckerberg ) know that API-1 has been re-enabled
...
