As pointed out in your forum post, the only patch applied for 0.3.0-19 was a
translation patch which should have no bearing at all.
Here are the last few changelog entries.

Seems more likely an issue with the:
mout-p-102.mailbox.org 550-[80.241.56.152]:45730 is not permitted to relay
Which as you say is your account where you forward some mail.
Look like that server is trying to relay mail to 'domain.co.uk'
I'd go back an check all your filtering/bounce rules first as you may have a
loop somewhere. Perhaps a black listed mail address being bounced?
You also need to check you mail logs to see what is going on
/var/log/qpsmtpd/current
/var/log/qmail/current
Also might want to take a look at the full headers of the bounced email so you
can see where it is going.
