you can create a db key and property without impact using
db configuration set geoip service status enabled LicenseKey 'A_real_Key'
then if you install smeserver-geoip latter the default values will get in place
of what is not configured already without interacting with defined values,
unless you manually issue a
db configuration delete geoip
and then issue the command to initialize default values i.e.:
/etc/e-smith/events/actions/initialize-default-databases
or run a yum command or a specific event which can trigger it also
if smeserver-geoip is already preinstalled then the command should be
db configuration setprop geoip LicenseKey 'A_real_Key'
as the key already exists, but you need to set the property
so we can just keep the two contribs independent without making one requiring
the other one.
juts need to document this in the wiki
