cert created with old version, another created with new version, both were
showing as expired, and finally the new cert renewed with latest version, dates
are odd, details from control panel
Status Issued Expired Users Name
Expired 2020-Mar-01 2021-Mar-01 test93
Expired 2020-Mar-01 2021-Mar-01 fage2
Valid 2020-Mar-01 2020-Apr-01 fage2
test93 was created with old version
fage2 was initially created with new version and was then renewed to make valid
under old version cert are fine, only after upgrading are those certs then
shown as expired, AND if I create a new one it is also marked as expired, this
was not happening on a clean install of the updated package from your repo
