we could fill the template of the server before initial start .
we could provide the default file and then use a template that is just
replacing known value instead of rewriting the whole file.
see /etc/fstab and also some config file of dansguardiand.
one limit I see there is to find how the admin password is hashed, and to do
the same hash using perl /bash.
