Probably user moved an email out of trash.
Then set db configuration setprop spamd SpamLearning disabled
and ran signal-event email-update
/etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf didn't change but in /usr/libexec/dovecot/sieve
immediatly appeared report-ham.svbin and report-spam.svbin files w/o error.
