will need to document:
1- no more need to use fws repo
2- upgrade from 4.2 and earlier for server might need to manually force the
install of zabbix-web and zabbixweb-mysql manually
rpm -Uvh zabbix-web-4.4.6-2.el6.sme.noarch.rpm
zabbix-web-mysql-4.4.6-2.el6.sme.noarch.rpm
before doing the yum update
there should be a migration of the db from latin1 to utf8, as new version
requires utf8_bin
this is done by event zabbix-server-update
