2390 (smeserver-vacation): Build on target smeserver-10-contribs succeeded.
Build logs may be found at

Build smeserver-vacation for Server Manager2, also added date picker and some
extra checks on the dates.
Checked the DB entries, but not tested the actual vacation message sending.
Ready for testing....
