Rebuilt ddclient rpm:
2443 (ddclient): Build on target smeserver-10-contribs succeeded.
Build logs may be found at
http://buildsys.contribs.org/logs/smeserver-10-contribs/2443-ddclient-3.9.1-2.el7.sme/
Based on EPEL EL8 rpm, changes:
1. Edited systemd service record to remove pid location spec
2. Edited systemd service record to add .file/etc/ddclient/ddclient.conf
3. Removed "Buildrequires perl-generators (no idea why!)
