Just experienced the same myself.
Make sure after adding the repos you post-upgrade/reboot
Make sure the remi-safe repo is enabled:
db yum_repositories getprop remi-safe status
'enabled'
Now install:
yum install smeserver-nextcloud --enablerepo=smecontribs,epel,fws
There is a SELinux bug with mod_fastcgi but it should be OK
