Leave this with me - I have rebuilt most of this with both contribs - they just
aren't in CVS yet. Just importing now.
I have a new phpki-ng as well to match it.
It is tricky because you can't just trash the old version in case they lose all
their certs.
However, we should probably not really release this old version, and encourage
people to use the new version which is better and more secure.
