This is the core phpki package now named as phpki-ng to avoid breaking the
original phpki package.
We fixed a number of issues in the original version and then added as many
other fixes as we can.
No one else appears to maintaining this package, so this is the 'latest'
version.
The package should run on any rpm based platform without the specific
smeserver-phpki-ng package
