Fix wrong GPG sig on zabbix website, by:
[root@sme10 ~]# db yum_repositories setprop zabbix44 GPGCheck no
[root@sme10 ~]# signal-event yum-modify
then install by:
[root@sme10 ~]# yum install zabbix-server --enablerepo=zabbix44,epel
