Found problem with the perl in the form-magick code:
SME10 is missing the "smtpd" service record:
[root@sme10 ~]# db configuration show s
serial-console smbd spamd sshd
smartd smtp-auth-proxy sqpsmtpd statusreport
smb spamassassin squid sysconfig
whereas SME9 show this:
[root@bjsserver ~]# db configuration show smtpd
smtpd=service
Authentication=enabled
Instances=40
InstancesPerIP=5
MaximumDateOffset=0
PatternsScan=disabled
Proxy=disabled
TCPPort=25
TCPProxyPort=25
VirusScan=enabled
access=public
status=enabled
tnef2mime=enabled
