just played with 51koozali file following still works

ExecStart=/usr/bin/vpnserver start
ExecStop=/usr/bin/vpnserver stop

WantedBy=sme-server.target
key is perhaps the - EnvironmentFile=-/usr/vpnserver entry
certainly all relevat files and dirs are created in the /usr/vpnserver
directory
[root@sme10a5 ~]# cd /usr/vpnserver
[root@sme10a5 vpnserver]# ll -a
