Added all the proxy modules to /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf and also to
/etc/httpd/pki-conf/httpd.conf:
proxy_ajp
proxy_connect
proxy_express
proxy_fcgi
proxy_ftp
proxy_html
proxy_scgi
proxy_wstunnel
Changed the user and group in etc/httpd/pki-conf/httpd.conf to "www".
