Installed smeserver-email-management-1.3-4.el7.sme.noarch via yum from SMETest.
No errors reported during install, signal-event post-upgrade, reboot sycle no
erros evident.
Once SME reconfigured I tried to load the panel only to find:
Internal Server Error

complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at admin to inform them of the time
this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
