When you "Create new certificate" the system drops you back to "Create new
certificate" which can be confusing as there is no indication that the previous
certificate was generated correctly.
We need a positive confirmation that the create action was created correctly,
and possibly a "Create and Create another" or "Create and Return to Index"
options
