Setting Fixed. Please verify - it will probably take
creating/revoking/recreating various versions of the certificates and
inspection of the contents.
eg this certificate has Email Protection
X509v3 Extended Key Usage: critical
E-mail Protection, TLS Web Client Authentication
Not sure how best to really test this?
