ok, re-generated License key, for geoip < 3.1.1 (we are on version 2.5.0),
latest is 4.something.
loaded into LicenseKLey and AccountID is geoip DB entry.
signal-evenr geoip-update
and then geoipupdate now works.
Will wait to see if that fixes the qpsmtpd issue.
