incompatibilities, such as different character sets or access control lists. In
this case it could be caused by files in /home that begin with a . and are thus
marked hidden."
Essentially this is a rysnc issue - affa uses rsync under the hood.
Not sure what else we can do. A newer version of rsync may help.
JPP may have some ideas.
