The old spec file added the docs here:
/usr/lib/affa/WARRANTY
I have moved them to:
/usr/share/doc/smeserver-affa-$version
As the spec file sets $VERSION in the affa script to $version-$release we end
up with:
3.3.1-1
So I added a bit of regex to remove the trailing release number.
