with SME10 now default is SSL enforced + redirection
except if you have an ibay with disabled, the domain associated will not be
redirected to https, and as .well-known is in Primary it has a 403 forbidden
because well-known is under Primary which as SSLRequires
.well-known SHOULD be outside of apache root
ie /var/html/.well-known
issue: I know few are using remote submission for a server behind another so
moving this folder might cause issue
probably a symlik could help for those script trying to scp files
but for custom template / virtualhost there will be work to do
byt the way a proxypass exclusion directive should work great for those
