OK, updated openfusion repo, no go
so a # yum install perl-Lazy-Utils --enablerepo=smedev,smetest,epel,openfusion
does not update the perl-JSON package
still get the dep error
I beleive the includes in the openfusion repo needs to be reset to include
perl-JSON
I can do this to update
works
yum update
http://repo.openfusion.net/centos7-x86_64/perl-JSON-2.90-1.of.el7.noarch.rpm
--enablerepo=openfusion
and then # yum install perl-Lazy-Utils --enablerepo=smedev,smetest,epel

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
