Although this routine is not in the SM2 code and does appear in the SM1 code, I
do not think it is required, as the current domains are offered for dynamic ip
update, but there is no option to create a new one, EXCEPT for the Custom one.
And in this case the DB record is created by "performCreateCustom".
I suspect that an earlier version of the ddclient panel may have allowed
domains to be created, but this has been replaced by the custom option.
I'ver run through the panel options, testing them against the SM1 panewl and so
far cannot see anything not working.
If you think there is still a problem (I suffer from cognitive bias as do most
people!) then please let me know and I'lll have another look.
