This is based on the git repo here:
https://github.com/leenooks/phpLDAPadmin/tree/BRANCH-1.2
That should have a number of fixes including MCRYPT issues etc. I have included
the whole package this time.
Normally for packages like his we would fork them to our own git repo and push
any changes back up.
There is a v2 that is being worked on albeit slowly.
