[root@sme10testvm home]# yum install gt5 --enablerepo=smedev
[root@sme10testvm home]# rpm -q gt5
gt5-1.5.0-1.el7.sme.noarch
works for me...no reboot after install

mkdir -p /etc/e-smith/events/gt5-update is not happening dir does not exist
