OK, I know there are a number of outstanding issues with pkpki-ng and I am now
working on them.
This hopefully fixes the last redirect from the end of CA creation. I am hoping
it lands us back in the server-manager somewhere.
Changed the button background on click to Green so you know it is clicked on
creation.
It will take a lot more coding to set a progress bar - another day.
