Config is not being changed to enabled from the server-manager- needs to be
enabled for template fragmnet to create entry in 60fetchmail force spamcheck

[root@sme10testvm2 ~]# config show FetchMails
FetchMails=service
Routing=YES
RoutingNNTP=YES
RoutingSMTP=YES
status=disabled
timeout=60
version=1.6-20.el7.sme
above is smeserver-fetchmail config,
status is not changing when panel is toggled..
