we switch from RSA to secp384r1 following the update that have been pushed
the result is certificate not recognized by the event and self-signed
certificate presented for all services except httpd and ftp.
we must force RSA rather than fix the script for the moment as this is the less
worst situation :
- currently default self-signed certs to qpsmtpd allow incoming mails to enter
using opportunistic TLS.
- if elliptic have been propagated to qpsmtpd it would failed on all SSL and
TLS connections.
