This bug is to track 'the progress of getting affa to work on SME10.
I think you'll find that affa can be installed by:
yum install --enablerepo=smedev,epel,openfusion smeserver-affa
As affa has not yet been release, then the rpm will not reside in the
smecontribs repo.
