The public endpoint for zoneedit should be dynamic.zoneedit.com and not
www.zoneedit.com
I believe this was inadvertently modified at some point.
Doing a quick patch to fix it.

- $pubserv='www.zoneedit.com';
+ $pubserv='dynamic.zoneedit.com';
