Ah I was going to do that today.
I was not going to add DB entries - just wiki them. For most the defaults are
fine.
This was really just for those who wanted to change things.
The daemon (deamon) interval dictates the period as it mails status on every
check, which is logical.
I believe the minimum value is 60 seconds to avoid rate limits on some
providers.
For most 15+ mins is probably fine.
