So it may not be with smeserver-tt-rss, something is clearly deleting the
"extra" .sock files, or perhaps not running the correct -update event (or the
-update event is not running something that re-creates the .sock files after
they are deleted (for some reason!)).
Leaving it on contribs, but leaving the componenet "unknown".
