ok, you can login as admin@<your domain>
with the password found out by "db configuration show bugzilla AdminPassword
and then do preferences etc.
However it still fails with the same message if you try to create a user and
send them a notification email. If you untick the send an email, then the
create user does not give an error message.
However IN BOTH CASES the user creation works and you can then use that user.
Clearly we have a problem sending the notification email. I've not been able to
find anywhere where we need to configure the email sending so far...
