In first running, we must accept host key.
If response is "no", affa :
- couldn't delete /etc/cron.hourly/affa-watchdog-tests-192.168.64.22-reminder
on remote host ;
- tries again 3 times every 600 seconds (but we don't know that) ;
- if we see second time to accept, affa fails because an other job is still
running ;
- ...
