note: this might conflict in a certain way with Horde way of using
autodiscover, but we could try to make them collaborate if needed, however we
do not use it for the moment https://wiki.horde.org/activesync
Michael McCarn unfortunatly this is not as easy as we would like for MS as we
need some extra steps but at least for those in the freeworld this could be a
great deal...
