Files/folders are always created belonging to user:admin.
Once in a while under unknown conditions folder is created belonging to
user:user
Everything under that folder becomes write protected for other users (wich is
normal).
However getfacl shows no anomalies.
Couldn't pinpoint exact error in samba or other logs under what condition this
occurs from a Windows 10/11 client.
