I spent ALOT of time today trying to figure this out and it has evaded me.
This is 100% a bug with this contrib.
I don't yet know the templating related to this, but I will figure it out.
I don't like this "NOT A BUG" comment. I've installed this contrib on 5
different fresh installs of SME 10 today and got the same result.
This is a bug
